We're back from our Summer break - incorporating a week off to film the extremely exciting Yamaha Tenori-on and then a couple of soggy weeks on my family holiday in North Devon. Despite the usual Summer lull, we've managed to round up a few participants for this weeks show, I think it's round about 1 year since we started - so Happy Birthday to us.. This week I'm joined by Pro Sound News Europe editor Dave Robinson, GForce Software's Dave Spiers - they who make several mighty fine software instruments, PJ Tracy - composer, producer, musician from sunny Minneapolis and of course Mark Tinley - sound artist, programmer, engineer and all round boffin - who recently escaped a close lightning strike. Topics for discussion range from The Weather (of course), Dave goes sailing with a bunch of sound engineers - to Morphine - a new additive synthesis plug-in, FireWire is history?.
