Vox Amplification has announced $50.00 and $100.00 rebates (depending on the model) on all VT Series modeling guitar amplifiers purchased from an authorized VOX dealer in the U.S.A. between October 15 and December 31, 2009. The $50.00 rebate applies to the VT15, VT30 and VT50 models; the $100.00 rebate applies exclusively to the VT100.

Each of the VT Series Valvetronix combo amplifiers contains a real vacuum tube (12AX7) in the VOX Valve Reactor circuit. This offers a sonic advantage over other modeling amplifiers, by providing authentic, detailed tube tone for 22 amplifier models. A dozen onboard, editable effects allow players to recreate sophisticated sounds without any additional equipment. Twenty-two Song Presets are pre-programmed to match the guitar sound used on popular classic rock songs. Overall, there are 66 preset programs in each VT amplifier, with eight user programs the player can create and store for instant recall. The panel design provides a stylish look, plus ease of use for even the novice player. A headphone output is also provided for private practice.
