Ampeg has announced an online photo submission giveaway contest celebrating 60 years of creating the most exceptional bass gear available. This first-ever Ampeg photo contest offers fans a chance to show off their rig and possibly win some cool new Ampeg gear in the process.
To enter the giveaway, Ampeg players can visit the website listed below and upload pictures of themselves with their Ampeg rig for a chance to win one of five Ampeg Micro-VR stacks, (Micro-VR Head and SVT-210AV cabinet), as seen in the picture above.
Shaunna Thompson, Ampeg's media and PR manager, told us, "Ampeg would be nothing without our dedicated customers. We get photos all the time from bassists who want to show off their rig, so we decided to offer a platform and give away some new gear."
Photo entries will be displayed in a public gallery that can be shared with friends. The contest runs from November 1, 2009 through November 30, 2009. On December 4, 2009 five winners will be randomly drawn from the entire entry pool and announced on the site. Winners will be contacted via email.
