MESSE11: Taylor Guitars Announces New European Warranty

Taylor Guitars took advantage of the show to make the following announcement:
Taylor Guitars, having recently made Amsterdam its new hub for commerce to serve all of Europe, has announced that in its desire to deliver the full-service Taylor experience to players throughout the region the company will offer a free, limited 12-year warranty with each new Taylor guitar purchased from an Authorized European Taylor Dealer. Additionally, and for a limited time only, the company will extend the same warranty coverage to owners of existing Taylor guitars in the region, giving both new and used Taylor guitars a level of consumer protection that has made Taylor a valued, trusted brand.
The limited 12-year European warranty marks a first for the company's guitars in most of Europe, offering the assurance that each Taylor guitar is backed by the company's high quality standards. To qualify for the warranty coverage, both new and used Taylor owners must register their guitar by visiting the company's online registration page. Owners of used Taylor guitar(s) must register their guitar(s) prior to December 31, 2011 to qualify for the warranty extension. Owners also must reside in an eligible country, which at this time includes Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom. Players who previously registered their guitar(s) with a distributor or dealer are required to re-register directly with Taylor. During the registration process, owners can also elect to receive the "Taylor Guitars Insider," an e-mail newsletter with Taylor news updates and special promotions.
