Waves In Phase - can measure and adjust phase correlation between two tracks, extremely useful for aligining mic channels and also for ensuring mono compatibility. 

The Waves Loudness Meter - WLM a loudness meter to ensure that any audio delivered is setup to be at exactly the right standard and level for a particular application - for instance TV and film have very tight specification for audio levels, varying country by country and even per TV channel . Some very neat features for setting up automation to keep inside the guidelines and many other features for measurement.
