Guthrie Govan: 'I Didn't Start Playing Guitar to Make a Living'

Govan talks in depth in new interview   13-Nov-12

Guthrie Govan has given a new in-depth interview in which he talks about life, the Universe, and pretty much everything.

In the interview with Gearspot.Gr he says that he never initially saw playing guitar as a way of making money, but began to feel torn between his life in academia at Oxford University, and his life as a musician.

Thankfully for us, he chose the latter option.

He also talks about life on the road with The Aristocrats, and the conception of the band.
