Hum-Free Bass Pickup Set

Aguilar releases the AG 4P/J-HC pickup set   23-Nov-12

Aguilar has announced the AG 4P/J-HC hum-canceling pickup set. The AG 4P/J-HC set  brings together matched Precision® and Jazz®-style pickups  including Aguilar's successful AG 4P-60 P-Bass pickup and the recently released AG 4J-HC bridge pickup.

The Aguilar AG 4P/J-HC is a well-balanced set of pickups that provides a flexible array of tones, whether using each pickup alone or in combination. Now you can get the thunderous lows of the neck pickup or the midrange cut of the bridge – or both - without 60 cycle hum

Like all Aguilar pickups, the AG 4P/J-HC set is wound in Aguilar's NYC factory and is a direct replacement for 4-string Fender P-Bass® and Jazz® bridge pickups. The pickups use 42 gauge Formvar wire and Alnico V magnets for the big, dynamic tone that Aguilar pickups are known for.

Pricing and Availability:

The AG 4P/J-HC pickups will be available December 1st 2012 and carry a U.S. street price of $185.00.
