Revealed: The Five Best Multi Effects Pedals

  30-Aug-13

4. TC Electronic Nova System

Analog drive section, TC's famously warm modulation effects, the Nova System is a multi effects pedal for the classic gearhead. With 30 progammed presets, and 60 user presets, it might not offer as many patches as some of its rivals, but the quality of the effects in the Nova System are leaps ahead of some of its rivals.

Especially considering the price, the Nova System is a bit of a bargain in our opinion and apparently you agree, voting it into fourth place.

As usual, top notch stuff from TC Electronic.

The POD HD500 is excellent. I do not use it with a guitar. But I have put everything else you could imagine through one.
