Orbital's Paul Hartnoll In the Studio With Bass Station II

Novation just let us know that they visited Orbital's Paul Hartnoll in his private studio. Paul has  been working a new Orbital album Wonky, and it seems hesitantly took posession of a Novation Bass Station II - one of the new breed of affordable, analogue synths (see our review).

According to Paul, he was wondering what yet another monosynth could do in his already heavilly stocked analog synth studio. But there's a happy ending, Hartnoll found that the BSII actually made its way onto some of the new Orbital album tracks Wonky, pushing out other heavyweight contenders like the Roland System 100 for bassline duties and more.
