BOSS has introduced Waza Craft versions of some old favourite compact pedals - the SD-1 Super Overdrive and the BD-2 Blues driver are now avialable as the SD-1W and BD-2W. Here's the full details in BOSS' own words:

Hype...all discrete is a buzz word but that doesn't make it actually superior, just more expensive

I'm sorry but you buy an SD-1 because it's well, an SD-1, not an SD-1 that can be turned into, well, not an SD-1. It's like when you buy an SM57 because you want an SM57, not an SM57 that then has 'something' that turns it into not an SM57. Waza a load of rubbish!!
