New Korg Kronos

More piano, OS updates and redesigned case   13-Nov-14

Korg's Kronos flagship 9-engine music workstation has been updated. An expanded piano engine, improved touchscreen implementation and a new case look.

The Kronos was spawned from the legendary OASIS system and features nine discrete synthesis engines. Its been has been the tool of choice for numerous working musicians who need extreme sound capabilities in one keyboard and can be seen on stage with many touring acts.

As well as numerous OS improvements, including improved Touch Screen navigation, improved searching functions - as there are many many patches stored on board, there a further 9GB of Berlin Grand piano, with soft pedal samples and sympathetic string resonance.

Set list mode is also improved, with better visibility for gigging situations.

The Kronos also now has wooden end panels and a re-coloured silk screen livery making it easier to see in dimmer lighting.
