MESSE 2015: TC Helicon Voicelive 3 Gets Extreme

Other than the relative safety of the shower, singing is not really something I do. When sober, anyway.
But if I was a singer, I'd be totally into the TC-Helicon VoiceLive units.
Maybe it's just because demonstrator and all-round nice guy Tom Lang is such a fiendishly good ambassador for the gear, but those VoiceLive demos always leave me really impressed, and not a little tempted.

In January this year the VoiceLive 3 was announced, and at Messe TC-Helicon showed the latest incarnation, the VoiceLive 3 Extreme.

The Extreme 3 version adds song import and playback - you can add up to 100 MP3 or WAV files to the unit, and the really neat thing is that you can program various vocal and/or guitar effects so they happen autmatically throughout playback.

Really useful for doing whole performances - and you can 'stream' a recording of a performance to a USB stick too, to check how that gig 'actually' went ;-]

As ever, Tom Lang showed us how the unit worked, and we also filmed a short performance he did with fellow TC demonstrator Stephanie Forryan - enjoy.
