Version 1.1 of Mixvibes app gets refinements and new features   13-May-16

Mixvibes tells us that Remixlive 1.1 is an update that adds a wealth of refinements and new features: Inter-App, Audiobus, SoundCloud export and Retrigger mode. Here are the details in their own words...

Inter-App Audio (node) & Audiobus (input master)
You can now send audio from Remixlive to other Audiobus and Inter-App compatible music
apps. To do so:

• Open the Audiobus app or an Inter-App "host" (such as GarageBand)
• In Audiobus: select Remixlive as "input" & add "effect" or "output" apps to your setup
• In Inter-App: select Remixlive as "node" from the "host" app
• Play audio in Remixlive, edit & record it in the "effect"/"output" or "host" apps

You can now combine several music apps simultaneously to create unique performances.

Export to SoundCloud
Record your performances and retrieve them from the "Recordings" tab. From there, share them seamlessly on SoundCloud. You can let the world know about your jams – or simply upload them in Private mode.

Retrigger mode for one-shots
A new feature that allows users to replay any one-shot sample from the beginning each time a pad is tapped. This option can be turned on and off and facilitates drumming performances.

• Resampler: imported samples of any sample rate will be con verted to 44,100Hz
• Smoother download of sample packs
• No more red bar at the top of the screen when the mic is off
• iPhone SE compatibility
• UI & audio improvements + bug fixes
