Bass Synth For iPad

Gospel Musicians BASSalicious for iOS has the same features as the desktop version   06-Jun-16

Gospel Musicians has released BASSalicious for the iPad. They say that it has the same features as the desktop version and it is free to try. A spokesperson told us, "The free version allows you access to one oscillator and all of the synthesis and modulator features. You cannot save/load presets and the other three oscillators are locked. Once the app is purchased via IAP, you have access to all of the features."

Bassalicious also features the new AudioUnit Version 3 framework. This new format allows you to use BASSaclicous as if it were a plugin inside of GarageBand for iOS or any other supported AUv3 host application. You don't have to worry about virtual MIDI devices, or routing audio devices. You'll never leave the application. In addition, you can create, save, and load complete presets within the plugin or application and the presets are shared between the two. For users that have both the desktop and iOS version, the presets you create on the desktop version can be shared with the iOS version. When you load the BASSalicious application, it automatically registers the AU with your iPad.

Main Features:

  • Over 60 quality presets.
  • AudioUnit Version 3 Support with preset sharing across app and AU.
  • 4-High Quality VA-like Wavetable Oscillators.
  • Circuit modeled Filter with Velocity
  • LFO with 4 destinations with Aftertouch.

Pricing and Availability:
BASSalicious is on sale for $9.99 until June 20th, 2016 at the app store. After this date the price will resume to $19.99.
