It was under glass at NAMM, but since then, we've heard nothing, but the new Elektron hardware digital sampling drum-machine DIGITAKT is definitely about to to drop. With the video Elektron just let out, is the news that they are accepting preorders.

Priced at £659, it represents a significantly more affordable Elektron instrument. With the same Parameter lock and sequencer functions of its more costly relatives.

Shipping starts in May.
