Mojo Hand FX have announced FOUR new pedals at this year's NAMM show, the DMBL, the Speakeasy, the Mirrorball and the Dewdrop.
Zach Early, pedal builder and general genius at Mojo Hand FX, gave us a demo of all four pedals and talked us through the thinking behind each new model.
Now Zach is a pretty great guitarist (in case you haven't noticed), he's also rocking an impressive beard, but try and focus on the tone, ladies and gents.
The Speakeasy is Mojo Hand's take on the Echoplex preamp circuit, but it has a slight twist on existing Echoplex style boost pedals - the Speakeasy has a tone control which only affects the high-end.
The DMBL, as Zach says in our interview, is self-explanatory. An amp in a box designed to recreate the tone of the lauded and much sought after Dumble amps.
We also had a demo of the Mirrorball delay, and the Dewdrop reverb, which is spring style 'verb emulation (and which sounds stunning - by the way).
Hear and see all of this in the video above.
