Midi Studio
 In the MIDI studio, who’s name can be a bit misleading since it more that just a basic midi sequencer, you can arrange up to 24 audio tracks as well as up to 1,000 midi tracks on the standard and 2,000 on the deLuxe version. The midi studio comes packaged as a full-featured performance sequencer with an extensive rage of professional functions. Stereo audio tracks provide the workspace and high-quality audio tools for live recordings, loops, and samples from virtual instruments act as the hammer and chisel to ‘bang out’ your art.
Everything you’ll find in programs many more times the price of Music Studio 7 are here, and by everything I mean just that. The eagle-eyed amongst you may notice more than a passing resemblance to Emagic’s Logic Audio family – and by no coincidence. Emagic in fact designed the interface for MAGIX so you get the look and feel of a program many times the cost. As well as this, the user gets 6 synthesized instruments, 3,000 sounds, 19 real-time effects, 3,000 royalty-free MIDI loops and samples, a DirectXTM and VSTTM plug-in converter, plus so much more. Both versions come with sets of MIDI loops and samples spanning multiple genres, 3000 of which come with the deLuxe version and 1,000 in the standard. The styles covered encompass pop, rock, and dance in the standard, plus House, Hip-Hop, 80’s, Techno and Trance in the deLuxe version, all there to help in the creative process.
Even though each is a complete studio program, the deLuxe version, through additional fine-tuning features, a broader sample selection, more virtual instruments, a sound restoration feature, video synchronization, and more, gives more to the tech-savy user. To add yet another feature, users can burn directly to CD from the deLuxe version.
