I played around with the Demo version of this software, and was quite amazed with the timbres you could create on this software. There is a spot on sh-101 in there, and there is a ton of modules available for the full version. the interface is difficult to get accustomed to, but is learnable.

The only problem I sawwith it is that my AMD K6-2/400 can't keep up with it. I bet that any recent chip(athlon/PIII) will be alot more suitable since they have much better floating point abilities than my chip. But if you have the processor/memory, this is a power ful piece of sound design software.

Im ranking it a seven, since you need hi end equipment to run at a low latency/hi sample rate.
