GigaSampler is good idea, better concept than any hardware sampler, but don't run it on Windows 98 since 98 sucks and will make you reboot the whole time. Use Windows 2000 with the upgrade version then u'll love this baby.

Have the Studio 160 version although I think it's overkill for what I do. Never really maxed out to full potential but for remixing, sample editing and setup is a a breeze. Simple to use with sequencer on the same machine (ports show up as additional outputs). Running Logic 4.7 GigaStudio 2.0 on a PIII 850 with 512mb ram (ram is soooo cheap right now) with no problems and zero letency. Nemesys claims 5ms, but it's pretty darn perfect if you ask me.
