It's very well built and works perfectly. It was exactly what I needed, it does exactly what I want it to do : lead the output of my two midi controllers and my PC's MIDI output to the MIDI inputs of my synths and my PC. Unlike the other customer, I like the way it looks : oldschool!

It doesn't have any kind of PC-interface... so it can't be used as a usual midi box. This box is only for "live!" situations, though you'll have to switch the outputs, which is not much more convenient than actually plug and unplug cables themselves. Totally useless in the studio (I mean in a modern studio with a computer). And the artwork is idiotic - it reminds of circus and clowns. You'll want to hide this box further from your eyes...

Been using this thing for over a year now in my studio with no problem. Jut a simple midi patchbay box. It does what it was designed to do for under $90. It has 3 ins and 8 outs which is more than most midi patychbays costing a lot more but if you are using more than one input going in than you need to flip between the switches. No big deal. Because of its simplicity the latency is none measurable which is ideal When recording multi midi tracks in a DAW system.
