no problems. Works well with all my midi gear and seems to be close enough timing wise to be usable with the most recent drivers. I've had no real problems with the device while running 5 midi synths from it using cubase.

I put a 'sketching' system together with one of these. (MAC OS 9.2) It was pretty much unusable. Wild jitter, and crashes.

I use it under Win 98SE via USB. No probs with cubase and other MIDI-applications. Caution: Does not work in my system with Clavia Nord modular editor!! (use an older Steinberg 2x2 USB-Midi interface for this on the same machine, no probs). No crashes until now. I hope a newer driver will solve the problem with the NM-Editor
