i love how people bitch about the mbox when really it's just their horrible computers, IBooks cannot handle this kind of thing. they don't carry enough ram or processors speed for a demanding task. if your gonna go mac hit up a 15" powerbook if possible and get as much ram as you can, your protools will run a lot cleaner and save you a lot of hassle.
