I'm considering buying a Yamaha AW2816 and thought I'd consult the user comments here in the hope of finding some useful information. I didn't find any. With one or two exceptions, the standard of literacy here is pitifully low, something I've found to be true of other SonicState forums. OK, I know it's not meant to be a writing workshop, but some of the posts make no sense whatsoever. All I'm looking for is basic information, but it appears some of you here lack the intellectual wherewithal to supply even that. At least make some effort to make yourselves understood, otherwise what's the point in posting? Rant over.

A very nice digital multitrack. I can't understand what the fuss is all about. This unit is rock solid for me and sounds awesome. I mainly use it as a digital mixer with its EQ, effects, compressors. The system 1.11 is very stable and gets my work done quite flawleesly.
