Soundtower is proud to announce version 1.20 of XVEdit Pro. This update fixes two critical changes:
- Receiving and Transmitting of Patch Data:
Receiving and Transmitting has been overhauled so that you are able to send all possible XV data, including Parts within Performances. We have removed the ability to Receive and Transmit individual Patches as this can be done in the Librarian. You will also notice that you cannot save an individual Performance, but you can save Performance 'Buffer' data, which is all the Performance information (performance, patch, rhythm, effects) currently stored in memory. Therefore you have the option of saving ALL Performance data or just the Performance data currently in memory.
- Using Samples from Expansion Cards:
The new version allows you to use sample data from the expansion cards with sample names (you no longer have to 'load' them).
Note to Forum:
I have not been able to track down Rhythm Patch Names anywhere off the internet for the SR-JV Expansion Boards. If you can help me gather this information by sending me the names of the Rhythm Patches on any of the SR-JV Expansion Boards you have, that would be excellent.
If you have any questions, please write to xvedit@soundtower.com.
