Sent it back due to the fact that it produced nasty pops and clicks at 6ms latency with my hammerfall card.

Technical support was pathetic.

I like my bisport very much. I don't see no reason to complain about anything. No timing problems, easy installation and a nice large cable from pc to the bisport. But I can't compare to other products for I never another midi-interface. But this one works fine for me.
