Can Reason resample its own output like my Motif? If so I'm stoked if not it's a joke. Just kidding, but really... A lot of my stuff I resample and arrange differently. Can Reason do this?

REASON is quite simply the best music making software on Earth. You get Samplers, Synths, Effect Processors, Sequencers, Mixers, Routers, everything you need. The Sound Quality is amazing and the routing is extremely versatile. After buying this, I sold my Korg Triton and all of my Hardware - just don't need them. This package rocks. The only thing that would make this even better would be a Mastering Compressor, a Mastering EQ Unit and the ability to record limited Audio into it for vocals. But even without these it is the best £200 I have ever spent.

The fact that Reason is just software has nothing to do with sound quality vs. a nord lead or Virus. Essentially they are just software too. They just come packaged with knobs and a box. However, the Subtractor synth in Reason isn't all that great. They could really improve on that and I'm sure they will.

Reason is a wonderfull software. The connexion possibilities between the different devices are simply amazing and can't be hoped with hardware material.... If the sound quality was as good as hardware synths, all manufacturers can close immediatlly!!!'s only software. You'll never get the incredible sound of an Acces Virus of Nordlead....So I think everybody must have Reason, but as a as complement of good hardware gear. Poor guys who only have softwares....They'll never feel THE SOUND........ Using both kinds of gear is following me, the best way to work. In this way, Reason is a must. Thanks to the crazy guys who created this soft.......

I'm a longtime Reason user and was waiting easgerly for 2.5 for the upgrade of the FX units and while the addistion of the Screamer and Unsion where good ( as well as the CV/Audio Splitters ) i must say I was disappointed in the new Reverb unit : still sounds awful !! Also the Maelstrom is so-so...of course I'm happier using Rewire and some of the NI synths but overall Reason is THE best software for making music if you'rea part-timer like me
