When I originally heard about ReCycle, I thought that it was something like Beat Munging on the new Emu samplers but when I finally downloaded a copy, it wasn't near as full featured as I thought that it would be.
It would be really useful to someone with an Akai or something that doesn't have sample editing that's up to par. It wasn't as useful as I thought that it was but it could be useful for making your own breaks or something form older drum loops.

Over priced and primitive when compared to Wave Surgeon. It's not true that there's 'nothing else like this'. There is: it's called Wavesurgeon and it's shareware. recycle can't handle stereo files, hasn't got the segment saving power of WS, only has 8 char filenames, is damn ugly and far too expensive.
Once upon a time it was the leader, but it's just stood still for too long and has now been left standing.
