well,on price/function ratio,it can't be beat,but in quality terms,especially building quality,not good enough,evidences are: i owned 3 yamaha digi mixer series,01v,03d and the newer aw4416,all has minor problems even they're all newly bought.01v had one channel dead,03d's some buttons and all cursors buttons died.aw4416's channel one's dead.'nuff said about its building quality.

This mixer is easy to use, has killer features and the most important is that the sound isn't cold at all. It all depends on yourself and your own creativity if you dont't get the sound you want. The effects and eq's are nice too.
