Skip my previous review, I'm back again and again I'm a logic silver user. I just couldn't get cubase to do all the stuff i could do with logic. Although I still regret that silver cannot do multitrackrecordings, it is better than cubase, some more flexible!! I can't wait to see what logic 5.0 brings...!!

An excellent sequencer. Like all professional software, it takes a while to learn, but once you understand the concept of how Logic works and learn even just a few of it's features, you'll never look back.
Logic Silver has more than enough features to keep you happy. Don't think that because everyone else seems to have Logic Platinum that you need it too.

I've used Logic Silver 4.0 for about 15 months and still I had problems with timing on miditracks. Their support was useless and not very friendly either! Than I baught a Guillemot Isis, but unfortunately, logic silver doesn't support multi-track recording. MT-recordings comes with Gold or higher.... And upgrading was more expansive than crossgrading to cubase 5.0/32. And cubase works fine. I'm happy I made the change to cubase. Although, I really liked the audio mixer in logic, wich was better than the one in cubase..

If you want an entry-level sequencer, get something else. Logic Silver needs some learning-time before you get into it. But when you are, it´s the best sequencer you can get. I never regret changing from Cubase to Logic.
