Best shotgun I worked with, even off axis response is not dull, as many other shotguns losing treble at the sides of the pattern, this will not. Maybe one of the best shotguns, excellent for location sound recording.

this is an excellent choice for location sound recording, even it is shotgun, the response from the sides is very crisp, a mic any boom op will like to work with, no comparision to this sennheiser mkh60 shotgun, which makes the sides sound very dull.
