I use this mic on voice and acoustic guitar. It has a warm, full presence, but not at all muddy. It like a more airy version of the Sennheiser MD421! I tried it head to head against the Shure SM-81 on my acoustic guitar, and it war fuller, and flat out better sounding. You owe it to yourself to do a dejanews search on this mic...it gets great reviews in the rec.audio.pro newsgroup. For the price it is a wonderment.
