Good Points
Sounds great! Tube coloration is variable, from flat to overdriven. Sounds good as an acoustic guitar DI; haven't tried it on bass, but I imagine that would sond wonderful.
Bad Points
Somewhat high noise floor. (But at this price, you can't really complain.) Wall-wart power supply. No on/off switch. (Compromises to keep price down - worth it in my book.)
