The brother(sister) to the Virtualizer with some interesting features. The algorithms of this unit is kind of special, you may not use it as your only FX unit but as a cool second unit it is outstanding. The Algorithms are as I said very special, one of the coolest is the vintage effect that puts scratches and noise on to your mix, makes it sounds like an old record. It also has some spatial effects that spreads out the stereo image and gives your recordings a proffesional touch. It can also be used as a Guitar pre-amplifier and therefore it has algorithms for speaker-simulation and distortion. One more thing is that also has a denoiser algorithm and it is very good for those old synthesizers that sounds like the Niagara falls, trust me I know I am the owner of a U-220. My advice is to get your hands on one and test it out because some of the effects are to cool to describe. There is also a editor software to download from Behringers homepage that will make the programming a piece of cake.

Good Points
Cool algorithms. Cheap. Free editor software.
