48 channels including efx-returns. Genious patching-system like on the 01V. Much better preamps than the 01V - the same as the DM2000. Many surround-functions (3.1, 5.1, 7.1) including surround -reverbalgorithms and mastering-comp.

Good Points
Clean sound, many features, price, expandability, userfriendly.
