All in one Audio/MIDI interface with the added benefit of working as a MIDI controller. This is very nice, suffice to say that a Mackie Control is simillarly priced and doesn't do any of the Audio/MIDI stuff. The built-in DSP gives access to all the additional dynamics, EQ and SPX type FX.

Bad Points
A bit flakey with some configurations, MAC OSX 10.3.5 needed. Even though it has onboard DSP, you'll need a certain amount of CPU tio run the Audio streams (more than you think)
