A wonderful little all-in one box. It's a great tool for the home studio, since it encapsulates not only high-quality digital I/O, but has dual mic preamps built-in and a nice amount of front-panel control.

Good Points
The Mic Preamps are very high-quality, and while not exceptionally top-of-the-line, are wexcellent values for the money spent on the whole package. Latency with Cubase is fairly low. And since the line-ins and the monitors can be routed straight, you can essentially monitor without your DAW and get zero latency on that.
Bad Points
SPDIF jacks are not on the breakout box, but on the PCI card. MIDI interface is a bit rudimentary (just 1 in, 1-out and 1 thru) compared to most other low-cost interfaces.
