Good Points
A literally *huge* amount of audio manipulation possibilities, most of which have excellent results. Useful both in a post-production capacity (editing finished material together) and in pre-production (cleaning up samples and fiddling with Cubase audio tracks). A much more intuitive user interface than Wavelab or Cool Edit.
Bad Points
Perhaps not as many options as the current incarnation of Wavelab - most notably multitracking. And many of the software native processing tools can actually be bettered by plugins, which is a bit annoying.
