Pitchbend Timestretch

You've sampled a vocal/instrument phrase thats kinda long (cause you don't have a hard disc system) Now you find, when you want to lay it down somewhere else in the song it starts to drift timing wise.
Try this: play the sample along from the sequencer, as it drifts record little pitch bend movements on a control track in your midi sequencer, for best results, do it in the gaps in the sample.
If your sample is late pitch bend up to shorten the sample, early pitchbend down.
Repeat until you've got it just so......
