The programmer Peter Linsener from Berlin (Germany) developed a virtual-analogue soft-synthesizer for the VST-2.0 interface: LinPlug GakStoar. This VA offers a relatively complex synthengine with max. 16 voices and 128 memoryslots for own sounds, 4 oscillators, 7 Envelopes, 4 synchronisable LFOs and 2 seperate resonance multimode-filter. The GakStoar needs only 6Mbyte memory and will be available for download at the end of January 2000 from the homepage of the producer. There can also be downloaded now a demo-version.
