Luxury MIDI-faderbox SAC 2K

 29-Mar-00

SAC 2K SOFTWARE ASSIGNED CONTROLLER

The new MIDI-Controllerbox SAC 2K from the german company Raditec, doesnt need to be installed or assigned MIDI-data, so that your musicsoftware supports it. The controller will be connected through the USB-bus, the software gets a welcome-greeting, and then your sequencer has a new userinterface. You can control now the volume, mute tracks, the EQs, dynamic-processors and effects. SAC 2K offers lots of keys, faders, LEDs and three 2x40 character-displays, which get permanently information from your musicsoftware, you need for musicproduction.

Of course this does make a lot of datatransfer necessary between the computer and the controller - another reason why Radikal Technologies uses the USB-bus. It offers besides the simple installation, the enormous advantage of speed towards normal MIDI-transfers.

The following companies are supporting, or are planning to support the new SAC 2K:

  • Emagic
  • SEK'D
  • Digidesign
  • Steinberg
  • Sonic-Foundry
  • Cakewalk
  • Native-Instruments
