It seems that Alesis are making further adjustments after they announced an internal re-organization a couple of weeks ago. Alesis stretched their resources with 14 new products released within a four month period. This combined with lower than expected sales result in unspecified job losses as Alesis restructure to ensure that they continue to bring their new technology to market. Alesis will also be passing a couple of products back to their original development partners. Notably the Vipre All-Tube Mic Pre and the DMPro Drum Kit. No other products within the Alesis range will be affected - so the Andromeda will still be shipping (phew!) We will keep you informed of any further developments.
