Logic 5.5 Free For Mac AND PC
EXS24 mk II, more Audio Units and enhanced file support 22/11/02 Logic 5.5 for Mac OS and Windows provides all users with the opportunity to test the new EXS24 mk II software sampler for a period of four weeks, free-of-charge. In addition to the exciting new facilities afforded by the EXS24 mk II, the Logic update offers several new features which are described in detail in the "update info" file. Among these new features is the addition of OMF and Open TL file import and export in Logic for Mac OS X.As a result of the close co-operation with third-party plug-in-developers, Emagic's programming team have enhanced the Audio Unit functionality of Logic for Mac OS X — as evidenced in the areas of improved user interface design, and the newly-added support of Music Effects.
The update is now available as a free download for all owners of Logic 5 for Mac OS 9.x, Mac OS X and Windows 98SE/ME/2000/XP. Please read the detailed update info to learn more about this new version.
