US AudioUnits, VST and RTAS now, MAS Later      14/07/03

Spectrasonics, the people who brought you Stylus™, the world’s first Groove Control™ Virtual Instrument, Atmosphere™ Dream Synth Module and Trilogy™ Total Bass Module. Have converted them to work under the Mac OSX operating system. All three of these products can now be fully compatible with Audio Units hosts like Logic Audio, VST OSX hosts such as Cubase SX, as well as RTAS OSX hosts such as Pro Tools 6.0 TDM and LE. Native support for MOTU’s MAS platform for OSX will be released shortly. The OSX upgrade for all three Virtual Instrument modules is available free of charge to all registered Spectrasonics customers, and can be downloaded at:
  • www.spectrasonics.net/updates. “Since their initial release, Spectrasonics’ line of Virtual Instruments products have become essential tools in the arsenal of many top composers, producers and remixers” says Eric Persing, founder and Creative Director of Spectrasonics. “With these new Macintosh OSX releases, we’ve made it easier than ever for every electronic musician to have access to these innovative, world-class products.”
