M-Audio have just announced the acquisition of Evolution Electronics Ltd - the people who make USB controllers, M-Audio UK announces that the company will take over distribution of all Evolution product in United Kingdom and Ireland from the 1st October 2003. Evolution keyboards and controllers will now compliment the existing M-Audio range which includes Radium and Oxygen 8. Isabelle Alran, General Manager at M-Audio UK says: “Adding the Evolution range to our existing portfolio strengthens our aim to offer great choice for the computer music and mobile musician. Evolution not only expands our keyboard and controller range but also adds a new dimension to our distribution of Propellerhead and Ableton Live software. M-Audio UK will take over responsibility of all servicing and technical support using the existing M-Audio facilities.
