Roland Ships SP-606
The SP-606 fully connected

Since Roland picked up the distribution for Cakewalk - makers of the mighty fine Sonar and Project 5 software for PC, collaboration has been on the cards. The first lovechild of this liaison is the SP-606, a sampling workstation, combining sampling, phrase sequencing, audio editing, effects, performance tools, computer connectivity, and soft-synthesis into a single package. I won't go in to all the details here, as they can be found in our MESSE story from earlier this year:
  • SP-606 @ MESSE 2004 Priced at €759 euros, the SP-606 is shipping now. More From: ROLAND
