Dave's stand was kind of hard to get into this year, as there were plenty of excited synthesists hanging out, eager to get their hands on the Poly Evolver. We had to resort to the time honoured strategy of turning up early on sunday morning to ensure we got a look. (Not easy I assure you after our saturday night activities)
Anyhow, the Poly is looking good, just needs to have the final presets added - a task that Dave, being one of the founding fathers of modern synthesis design, will make light work of.
The Poly should be shipping in the not too distant future with a price tag of around $2695. I spoke to more than one convert at the show, wondering how they were going to slip that purchase past their other half....
