Alesis have been demonstrating a classic vintage electronic instruments library for the Fusion 6HD and 8HD keyboard workstations. The new sound data includes a varied collection of drum machines, organs, electric pianos, synths, and other instruments.
This sample library was developed by sound developer Hollow Sun and represents a generous offering of instrument sounds from many of electronic music’s most classic instruments of years past. The majority of the sounds are extensively multi-sampled and have been carefully programmed to preserve the character of these classic and innovative instruments.
Once downloaded, transferring the sound data into the Fusion workstation is an easy process. Users can install the new library by copying over the files that they download to the Fusion's hard drive via USB.
Additional information about the Vintage Keys / Beatboxes collection can be found at:

The new instrument sounds are slated to be available as a free download, starting in late January, from the Fusion synth website:

Commenting on the forthcoming availability of the Fusion’s new vintage sound data, Mark Frederick, Alesis’ VP of Sales and Marketing, noted, “All of us at Alesis are very excited about this new collection of sounds, as it further represents our company’s ongoing commitment to enhance the Fusion’s functionality. We believe this new sound data will further endear the Fusion workstations to their owners.
