Godin Guitars have announced the release of the Multiac ACS Special Edition featuring a stunning new light burst quilted leaftop.
Godin tell us that players the world over recognize the Multiac series as a reliable, virtually feedback-free instrument, especially in crucial atmospheres such as high volume, band or live settings. The ACS Nylon Special Edition is no exception, mainly due to its chambered maple solid body design, which, according to Godin, makes sound checking this instrument an absolute breeze for both player and sound engineer.
As with all ACS models, the Special Edition light burst quilt is equipped with RMC electronics with 13 pin output making it possible to connect to a multitude of 13 pin devices such as the Roland GR series synths and computers (via MIDI). The mahogany neck matched with an ebony fingerboard with Ergocut (sides of neck at fingerboard beveled inwards for worn in feel), should make for a comfortable playing experience, which further enhances the tracking capabilities of the guitar.
Godin say, “This is an ideal choice for players looking for that transition from acoustic nylon to electric nylon, especially in an amped-up, live environment and even with the beautiful new light burst quilted leaftop…. it won’t break the bank.
