There’s an Apple event on September 12th and a couple of rumours about what is to be announced. There may be a new iPod but, perhaps more relevant to Sonicstate regulars, rumour has it that there will be a 23-inch iMac with Core 2 Duo and that the other iMacs will be getting the Core 2 Duo treatment. If you are thinking of buying a new iMac it might just be worth waiting a couple of weeks. Just don’t blame us if it turns out to be wrong…we heard it from someone else and are just passing it on.
