Ultimate Sound Bank has announced the availability of another UVI Soundcard (Vol. 4) Mayhem of Loops, which they say is a complete toolbox for building a modern rhythm section from a wide variety of drum, percussion, instrument and FX loops. It features a massive selection of over 5,000 loops that were designed for use with many musical styles including: Big Beat, Breakbeats, Creative Dub, Drum’n Bass, Electro, Fresh Disco House, Jungle, Old Underground Hip Hop, Roots Disco, Roots Funk, Speed R’nB, Trip Hop, UK House and more. The comapany say that all loops were carefully sliced, for immediate use at the right tempo. Audio and MIDI files can also be dragged and dropped into a sequencer for deeper groove editing and remixing.
Mayhem of Loops can be used as a stand-alone player, as a plug-in within any DAW/sequencer, or even loaded into MOTU’s MachFive 2. When imported into Ultimate Sound Bank’s Plugsound Pro virtual instrument, it can benefit from more advanced features including access to high-quality filters and effects, up to 64 parts of instruments or loops, a mastering section and much more.
Mayhem of Loops operates as a Mac (OS 10.3.9 or higher — Intel Macs supported) or PC (Windows XP) stand-alone application and as a virtual instrument plug-in within any host application supporting VST, RTAS, MAS, DXi or Audio Units formats.
Pricing and Availability:
UVI Soundcard Vol. 4 Mayhem of Loops is currently available at a U.S. MSRP of $130.00. More information:
